RETURNS POLICY

ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE

We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you’re not completely happy with, providing you return it to us in an unused and sellable condition within 14 days of the date on from your sale. All items must be returned in their original boxes and packaging.


We aim to process all returns within 7 days of us receiving the goods back in our warehouse. However, please make sure that you fill out your returns form in full before sending it back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return.

Returning your item
Returning an item couldn’t be easier! 


eBay website 
If you have bought from our eBay website, then the returns form will be in your email. You will have 14 calendar days to let us know if you would like to return our item/s. If an item is damaged or wasn’t as described in the listing then eBay covers you for the purchase price when you pay with PayPal, this is all on their website. 


Our website
If you have bought from our website online, then simply contact us by email and we will send you a returns form to print out. Then attach this onto your parcel with all the right information on it. This is to ensure that the package gets back to us safely and securely. 


UK Customers
Go onto our website, HCSI and choose one of our return’s options.
International Customers
You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Follow the returns by previous instructions above and return parcels using your local postal services.

Refunds
If you’d like a refund, these will be given at the original purchase price (excluding initial delivery charge) and made to your original method of payment.
On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 30 working days. Once your Order has been refunded you will receive notification via email.

Upgrade or Exchange Policy
HCSI is unable to exchange any returned product with a different type unless the returned product satisfies all the following requirements:
1. The returned product is returned to HSCI for repair or replacement under the HCSI limited warranty and within the warranty period (2-year warranty);
2. The returned product is found to be defective and non-repairable by the certified HCSI technicians;
3. Products under the same model to the returned product are out of stock.
If the returned product satisfies the described requirements, HCSI will offer, at its sole discretion, a variety of options for substitution or an upgrade product.
Important Note: For the new exchange products, you cannot request another substitution unless they are defective.
